Most of the time they hang us but sometimes they ask for someone who had a debt 15 nyears ago and paid it off 15 years ago but they won't accept any proof. They offer a reduced payment plan but as soon as you send them one penny they reinstate the item on your credit bureau report as a negative entry. Best to ignore them because they won't accept any facts anyway.

This company calls my house several times a day from different phone numbers and sometimes leave harassing messages on my voicemail. I do not have any business with this company.
